Terms of use.

For the myKera waitlist site. Last updated 22 July 2026.

What this is

This website lets you join the waitlist for myKera, a companion for people living with keratoconus that is currently in development. By joining, you're asking to be kept informed and invited when it opens. These terms apply to your use of this site, wherever you access it from. The site is operated by Brewyon & Co Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England, company number 17343425, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

The waitlist

Joining is free and places you under no obligation. It is not a purchase and doesn't guarantee access, a place, a price, or a launch date. myKera is in development; features, timing, pricing, and availability may change, and the project may not proceed. We'll only email you about myKera, and you can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing hello@mykera.app.

Not medical advice. myKera is, and will be, a companion, not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The vision simulation on this site is a stylised, educational impression, not a representation of your eyes or anyone's prognosis. Always consult a qualified eye-care professional about your keratoconus or any health concern.

Your information

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your email only, confirmed by double opt-in; the optional feature vote is anonymous; we ask nothing about your health at this stage; never sold; deletable on request; UK/EU GDPR standards applied to everyone worldwide.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, no attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, submit other people's details without their permission, distort the feature vote, or sign up using false or automated means.

Intellectual property

The myKera name, branding, content, and design on this site belong to us and our founder and may not be copied or used without permission. myKera™ is the subject of a pending UK trade mark application.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" while myKera is in development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as myKera develops; changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: hello@mykera.app.
